GETTING THE FIRST IS 10x HARDER THAN THE SECOND 🚀
After finally getting my agency off the ground a few months ago, I’ve had a chance to look back and realize something powerful: the first client was the hardest.
It wasn’t just about the money. It was about proof of concept. It was about overcoming that voice in the back of my head asking, “Is this even going to work?”
But once I got that first client, the second came faster. And then the third. The momentum compounds. Suddenly, you’re not just pitching an idea anymore — you’re pointing to results.
Here’s the takeaway:
  • The first client is rarely about “scaling.” It’s about belief.
  • Momentum is a real force in business. Once you break through the wall of “zero,” the game changes.
  • Every “yes” becomes easier, because you’re not just another person with a plan — you’re someone who’s already delivering.
💡 For anyone here building something right now: What did it feel like when you got your very first client or customer? And for those who haven't what do you believe has been the biggest hold-up, and how are you going about solving it?
