Finally finished this project!
Just wrapped up my AI-powered WhatsApp Clinic Receptionist & Appointment Automation System built with n8n.
It took quite a bit of debugging and testing, especially around appointment slots, cancellations, blocked dates, escalations, and daily reporting — but it’s finally working end to end. 😄
The system can handle patient conversations, appointments, slot management, blocked dates, and automatically send a daily summary report by email.
I’ll share a proper breakdown of the whole project tomorrow, including the workflows, challenges, and what I learned while building it.
For now… just happy to finally say DONE! 🎉
