Ecommerce Automation Flow Stuck
Hey all
I am building a simple ecommerce order automation with some dummy data that follows the complete customer journey from order placement to delivery notification.
Tools Used:
  • Tally - Customer-facing order form
  • Make - Automation platform connecting all systems
  • Airtable - Database with 4 tables (Customers, Products, Orders, Order Items)
  • Monday.com - Order fulfillment workflow and team task management
Ideal Workflow:
  1. Customer submits order via Tally form
  2. Make processes the order: Checks/creates customer record Validates product availability and stock Creates order and order items records Updates inventory levels Creates fulfillment task in Monday.com Sends confirmation email
  3. As order status changes in Monday.com (Packed → Shipped → Delivered), Make updates Airtable and sends status emails to customer
Current Issue: Getting a [422] Invalid formula error on the Airtable "Search Records" module (Module 9) when trying to look up products by Product Name. The search condition seems to be creating an invalid formula for Airtable's filtering.
At this point I am not even sure if I setup the router correctly, this is my first automation setup!
What's the correct way to configure the Airtable Search Records & Create Records Module please??
