Developer Needed For Custom Job
I need a developer to build a reliable integration between Retell.ai and AccuLynx for an AI voice agent handling inbound leads.
I will handle all AI agent setup, prompting, and optimization.Your role is strictly to build the backend integration that passes data between systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build middleware to connect Retell.ai and AccuLynx
- Enable real-time data transfer during/after calls
- Create API integrations with AccuLynx (contacts, jobs, appointments, notes)
- Set up Retell custom functions + webhooks
- Ensure clean data mapping and error handling
Required Outcome:
When a new caller interacts with the AI agent, the system must:
- Capture: name, phone, email, address, job type, questions, appointment time
- Automatically create/update records inside AccuLynx: Contact Job/Lead Appointment Notes
Requirements:
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with CRM integrations
- Familiarity with Retell.ai (preferred) or similar voice AI platforms
- Strong understanding of data structure, validation, and error handling
