Developer needed

I am doing an automation for a Gutter Cleaning company at the moment. They would like an automation, and I was just wanting some help from anyone. What they currently do is:

They send jobs out to the workers one by one via text.
The jobs are set up in teams in outlook calendar.
When one worker finishes the job there are on, they text to advise that they need the next job.
The admin girl then sends them a text with the job details for the next one.
They want this process automated so that they do not have to have someone texting this all the time

Would love it if someone could please help
