You're undercharging. Probably by a lot.
Been sifting through a bunch of data this week and a common ask keeps popping up.
Think about the last quote you sent. Or the one you're about to send..
Now be honest. Did you land on that number because you worked it out, or because it felt like the most you could get away with asking?
Almost everyone is doing the second one.
That's why "what do I charge" is the question I see more than any other. Underneath it there's usually a quieter one: how does Morningside AI sell projects at the numbers it does, when I'm over here quoting four figures.
At Morningside we had to learn it too and it wasn't a better product or a bigger team.
It was a tweak in our sales process.
Scope of projects never changed.
Yet our projects scaled from 5-10k builds all the way up to six-figure deals.
So here's my question to you.
Take the project you'd quote at 2k today. What changes if that exact project goes out at 6k? Not more work. Not a bigger build. The same thing, priced properly.
What would that change for your business? For your life?
If you want to start signing bigger deals, book a session with a member of our team. They'll find the gaps in your sales approach and show you where your number should actually be.
We've already helped hundred of members make the same shift. I've dropped some screenshots below, have a look.
Ask yourself why not you.
Nico.
