custom build vs. hubspot vs. salesforce

Hi there,

thanks to Liam's YT channel I am new to the community.

I own a yacht charter company + agency in Thailand and of course we would like to automate as many processes as possible apart of the the lead interaction as we only have a few high ticket leads a day.

The complexity is we have 4 companies in different locations and currencies as well as 5 different yachts with different maintenance and stock.

Currently we are using notion as CRM and have automated a few processes, but not much...

I am exploring other options in order to handle marketing (paid and non paid, as well as a blog, newsletter, etc.), invoicing, after sales, etc..

I am looking for recommendations how to set it up with the least amount of platforms used to streamline processes and store data ideally in a centralised place.

I explored Hubspot and Salesforce, but both options and especially Salesforce are extremely expensive.

My question are:

Is Salesforce really worth it?

What other options do I have?

What is the best way to proceed?

Has somebody build up a CRM booking system for a similar company in the hospitality industry?
