Condition prompts in Elevenlabs

Hey everyone 👋

I’m building a voice agent in ElevenLabs and I’m running into a pretty frustrating issue with the workflow routing / conditions.

No matter how strict or specific I make my conditions, the agent sometimes moves through the workflow even when the conditions are clearly NOT met.

So my questions:

Is anyone else experiencing unreliable condition-based routing in ElevenLabs?
Are there known limitations or gotchas in how ElevenLabs evaluates conditions?
Do you recommend a specific workflow structure or prompt pattern that makes routing more stable?
Any best practices to guarantee an agent only transitions when a condition is truly met?
