Competition AI Phone Agents
Had one of my biggest clients taken away today by another AI voice platform/agency. I was under cut as the lowest rate I can offer is $8.50 USD an hour per agent. Competitor came in at $6 USD an hour with the option to scale to $4 USD per hour.
Anyone else had to loose clients do to competition yet?
