Someone with deep experience in GTM systems: messaging, positioning, sales process, offer design, and acquisition channels
You’ve built or scaled customer acquisition systems — ideally for SaaS or agency businesses — and can show results
You move fast, prioritize well, and build systems that are lean and repeatable
Preferably based in Warsaw (or spending most of your time here) - not super important
