Built an AI workflow that turns business cards into LinkedIn-ready contacts
I recently built this workflow for a lead who was manually typing business cards into a spreadsheet after every networking event.
Here's what it does now:
Snap a photo of the card
Gemini 2.5 Flash reads the details (name, company, title, email, phone)
Serper finds their LinkedIn profile automatically
Everything lands in a Google Sheet, ready to use
No typing. No app. Just a photo → Gemini → LinkedIn lookup → sheet.
7 nodes, fully automated, took a few hours to build in n8n.
