Hey everyone! Robby here. ๐ง
I have been working on something special for my fellow Skool community owners. If you are tired of manually managing engagement, sending follow-ups, or posting updates, I just built an open-source tool that lets your AI agent handle the heavy lifting for you.
THE CORE BREAKTHROUGH:
This tool integrates directly with your preferred AI agent (like Gemini CLI) to manage your Skool community workflows. It handles direct messages, creates community posts, and even tracks behavioral insights to help you identify and re-engage members who are at risk of churning.
HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Grab the repository link from my GitHub (linked in the video description).
2. Feed the instructions to your AI agent of choice. It will guide you through the setup, including installing necessary dependencies automatically.
3. Authenticate your session. Go to your Skool community, hit COMMAND+OPTION+I (or F12) to open the network tab, ensure preserve log and disable cache are checked, then refresh the page.
4. Export your HAR file. Save this to your workspace directory. This is how the tool securely identifies you. DO NOT share this file with anyone.
5. Sync your data. Run the sync command to pull your community information into a local database file. This makes everything run lightning fast.
THE COMMANDS:
Once set up, you can simply talk to your agent to get things done:
- To send a follow-up message: Please send a follow-up message to my latest contact in my chats.
- To post in your community:
Write a post in my [Category Name] about [Topic].
THE GOAL:
I want this to be the ultimate time-saver for you. It is currently in a newer phase, and I am actively improving it based on your feedback. I need you to break it, test it, and tell me what features you want next so I can make this better for everyone in the academy.
Are you planning to hook this up to your community today? If you run into any issues during the authentication or setup process, let me know in the comments below and I will help you get it sorted!
