Quick lesson I’m learning while diving deeper into AI:
AI by itself doesn’t save you time.
Clear systems do.
When a task has no structure, AI just creates faster chaos.
When a process is clear, AI becomes leverage.
This is why agencies with documented workflows will win with AI faster than those just “testing tools.”
I’m focusing less on tools and more on system-thinking first.
