Busy Isn’t the Same as Progress
A lot of teams feel busy all day… yet nothing really moves forward.
Calls get answered, messages get sent, tasks get checked off, but leads stall, follow-ups drag, and important work keeps getting pushed to “tomorrow.”
From what I’ve seen, this usually isn’t a motivation issue, it's a workflow issue.
When the next step isn’t clearly designed (or automated), people default to reacting instead of progressing.That’s when work starts to feel heavy.
