Batman > Superman.
Who has the bigger fan following?
-> Batman.
Which superhero does every man compare themselves to?
-> Batman.
What dream car does every man want?
-> Batmobile.
But do you know why?
Why is Batman so universally loved more despite being "weaker" than Superman?
Batman can't fly or shoot lazers from his eyes.
But that's the beauty of it.
Everything about him is physically achievable.
It's subconscious signalling.
He's a billionaire, can fight, wears a supersuit and drives a supercar.
Very difficult, but still achievable.
Whereas superman is a literal alien.
Impossible to replicate, no matter how hard you tried.
Here's the lesson in all this...
If you're selling info and your avatar is your past self...
You want to think of your brand in the same way.
Like batman, not superman.
That's why you'll hear all the big info gurus say -
"I was once exactly like you."
"I'm not special."
"I'm stupid, low IQ."
"If I can do it, so can you. "
Because if your audience thinks there's something exceptional about you...
...they'll immediately think it's unachievable for them because they don't share the same gift.
They'll never believe in the dream.
And they'll never buy from you either.
Show your success but don't make it seem out of reach.
