Do your teachers trust the evaluation process?
Teacher evaluation was supposed to help teachers grow. But in many schools it’s become compliance. In this clip Dr. Mark Zeiler says something that stopped me: “I’ve never heard teacher evaluation and culture used in the same sentence.” That should concern us.
