How Would You Answer?

I've started this thread to swap ideas on how we answer different responses in our lead gen activities using cold email. You can share the replies you've got and we can figure out the best way to answer them.

Here's one I got recently. To be honest, I'm not sure what to say. And I got several responds like this below. By the way, the person sending it is from a financial advisor company.

"In recent years we have not engaged in activities that involves prospecting except some linked in messaging. We have a large mailing list but have not be utilising this due to the time it takes to manage the mailing list and create content. I would consider outsourcing this activity but this needs to be on a strictly performance basis / commission sharing arrangement. If you would like to discuss further then let me know. We would be willing share commission split 60% / 40% in your favour for new business generated. The opportunity to generate income exceeding US$1m in our first year in very realistic."

So, how would you all answer?
