I’m Ashleey, and I’ve been practicing acrylic nails for the past 7 years. Throughout my journey in the nail industry, one thing became very clear to me — so many talented nail techs struggle because they don’t always have a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and grow without judgment.
This community was built to give nail technicians a space to speak freely, network, grow their skills, share experiences, and learn from one another. I wanted to cut out the gatekeeping, the “comment under this post for details” culture, and create a platform where nail techs truly have a space to call their own.
