Have any of you taken Con law yet? It is such an interesting and dynamic area of the law, especially right now as the rule of law is being testing by the executive branch in ways we have not yet seen. Do you have a favorite case? Is there a certain area of the law that is interesting to you?
I have always been fascinated with gang injunctions. It is a violation of the 1st amendment right to free assembly. The argument is that the safety of the neighborhood is more important that an individuals right to hang out with you who they want, even if they aren't committing a crime, just because they have been identified as a member of a certain group (albeit generally a criminal organization).
