Sometimes family life gets busy. Sometimes work gets overwhelming. Sometimes life happens and before you know it, you've fallen out of the routines and commitments you had every intention of keeping. I experienced that too often.
Over the last little while, we've been focused on serving clients, supporting our students, building new programs, and managing everything that comes with running a business and a family. Along the way, some of the consistency we wanted to bring to this community slipped.
But here's what I've learned.
The goal isn't to never fall off track. The goal is to recognize it, reset, and continue.
Too many people treat consistency like an all-or-nothing game. They miss a week, a month, or a goal and convince themselves they've failed. In reality, growth is built in the moments you decide to come back.
So this week's focus is simple.
What is one thing you've been meaning to get back to that deserves your attention this week?
We're resetting too.
Let's keep building.
Sincerely,
Michelle
