Introduction
- Nicholas Aja / Dallas, Texas
- I am a Texas real estate agent. I have one long-term rental which I self-manage, and also have short-term rental management experience. I sold my first full-cycle ground-up home this past summer our of Austin, Texas.
- I am here because I am going to succeed in wholesaling land. I am very familiar with the high-level steps, however, I have never run full-cycle on a wholesale deal yet.
