🌟🌟🌟Hi everyone! My name is Julissa (Jay) and I’m based in NYC.

I’m currently focused on being more consistent and intentional with real estate, giving it the time and energy it truly deserves.

I joined the Landbank University community to confidently learn how to find & evaluate land and gain a deeper understanding of this side of real estate. My goal is not only to grow through this journey, but also to contribute wherever I can. Grateful to be here and excited for what's ahead.🌟🌟🌟
