Hello Land Bank Team. My name is Rickey. I recently joined the land bank team because of my interest in ownership in real estate. Specifically, helping to combat homelessness. Through land banking, I’ll be able to buy properties at an affordable price that I can rehab to sell or keep as a rental. Thus, putting me in a financially better position to become a developer and build homes from the ground up. I’m excited to learn land banking and increasing my knowledge and understanding of how it works.
