Okay so I have to show y'all this.

I built something called Dispatch AI and honestly... can you imagine being able to call on loads for multiple trucks at the same time and it's all AI doing it?

Like while you're already dispatching one truck, the agent is out here calling brokers for the next one. Simultaneously. On your behalf.

Here's what you do —

You put all the truck info in. Driver name, cell number, truck and trailer number, what type of trailer, when he's ready, where he's going to be empty, where he's looking to go, max deadhead, minimum per mile, minimum per day.

You can even add notes like — No NYC. Needs dock or level. Prefer 400+ mile haul.

Then you pick your mode.

Info Gather means the agent goes and calls, collects all the load details from the broker, and brings everything back to you in a summary. Because let's be real — dispatchers can only do so much at one time. This lets you be in 10 places at once without actually being there.

Auto-Book means if the load hits your numbers, the agent just books it. Gives the broker the driver's name, cell number, truck and trailer — done. Great if you have a company driver or a driver you really trust.

And while all of this is happening you can watch the live feed.

Like right now James is on the phone with Coyote Logistics and you can read the whole conversation as it's going. The broker says "yeah we got something heading to Nashville, box truck freight, consumer goods, you interested?" and you're watching it happen in real time.

Loads Found shows you everything that came back — the rate, the miles, the RPM, pickup and delivery window, who the broker is. You just hit Book It or Pass.

Session Summary is my favorite part honestly. Every call, every result, what was booked, what was already covered, what didn't hit your minimum. All in one place. No more digging through voicemails.

Oh and we have a feature where you can call 30 numbers at the exact same time. Not one by one. All at once. It's about 10 cents a minute. You copy a list right off DAT or Truckstop, paste the numbers in, and let it run.

Email and text follow-up is coming too as a separate add-on — so the whole outreach loop will be covered.
