🐟 Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon
Ingredients (serves 2–3):
2 salmon fillets (about 150–200 g each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with lemon slices.
