🔥 THE RULES
1. Declare Your Elephant.
What’s the massive goal you’ve been avoiding? Launching a business? Writing that book? Getting your systems tight?
👉 Write it down. Own it. No vague missions. It must scare you.
2. Break It Down.
Divide your elephant into 30 savage bites.
Each day = 1 clear, brutal, non-negotiable task.
If the bite doesn’t make you slightly uncomfortable, it’s too small.
3. Show No Mercy—Do It First.
No phone. No meetings. No dopamine hits.
You wake up, and your only mission is to devour that bite before anything else.

4. Track Your Kill Streak.
