It’s a privilege to be part of this community. I’ve been spending a lot of time recently helping community creators design and structure their communities from the ground up clarifying the community identity, strengthening the onboarding experience for new members, and organizing the classroom so lessons and courses can be delivered clearly and eventually monetized.
If you’re ever open to another perspective on how to structure things for stronger growth and better visibility on Skool discovery, I’d be glad to share a few ideas that could help move things forward.
