Week 3 - Awareness and Breathing -
Exercise:
This week starts with awareness and observation of your breathing and finding the moments that you are breathing through your nose.
--When I stop to. notice my breathing, I'm finding the muscles in my face are tight. So this practice is serving double duty for me!. Relax the tounge!
Make a note of your findings, like the time of the day, what you were doing, or other observations you noticed.
-- Today, Thursday Feb 26 at 12 noon. Breathing was normal. Cheeks were tight.
There is no need to change anything in your breathing. Just observe and make a connection with nasal breathing.
Note:
You can join my breathing classes 2 x a Month. It is a nice way to learn correct breathing.
