Refuge is a faith-centered healing community for Christian women who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or relational burnout. Refuge is a place to finally exhale.
Inside the community, you’ll learn how to gently regulate your nervous system using practical somatic tools paired with Scripture that reminds you your body is not the enemy and your story is not too far gone. You’ll be supported in rebuilding safety from the inside out—learning how to notice your triggers, soften your stress response, and reconnect with God in a way that feels grounding, not performative.
Refuge includes ongoing community support, guided teachings, monthly coaching sessions, and a 12-week healing journey designed to help you move from survival into steadiness. This isn’t about pushing through or striving harder—it’s about learning what safety feels like in your body and practicing it in real time, with people who understand.
