Our current corporate and political world seems to act as though the power game is something that can be won. But world history tells us a different story.
The Daodejing (Tao Te Ching) suggests that power dynamics require negotiation, flexibility, and adaptability to constantly changing circumstances. That entrenched power becomes inflexible and hard, which is vulnerable to the agile and soft.
