Diversity in agency
i commented on Uncle Jimmys post but i figured i would make a post to gather more opinions on my situation I really want to branch on diversity but here is where i am at. I do marketing for epoxy businesses and have 6 active paying clients. I took this month off of my ads to work on growing my own epoxy business and with facebook ads, we did $54k in revenue in just $1200 ad spend with my own epoxy business. I want to use this as leverage when I turn my ads back on showing that I actually own an epoxy business and use the same system for my business to make $54k in just our first month of business. I also want to branch off into different niches, if i am running different ad campaigns for different niches lets say Garage remodelers, and then i offer different services, should i run a new campaign for each type of niche and service? I haven't done anything besides epoxy companies but garage remodeling I feel would be an easy transision including patio remodling and any type of home imporvement service eventually. My budget when i start up will be roughly $100/day on ads
Looking for some advice - Cold Outreach vs Meta ads for getting clients
So I'm currently running a Meta ads lead gen agency targeting landscapers/contractors. I've got my first paying landscaping/contractor client on board and the results have been solid - 25 leads in under 2 weeks, he's out quoting consistently and sitting on a strong pipeline of work. Really happy with how the campaign is running. Now I'm trying to land my next 2-3 clients and I'm debating the best approach. I've been doing WhatsApp cold outreach to contractors using a script built around the results from my current client, but the volume is low because WhatsApp bans for too much outreach and most people don't even open it. My question is - for those of you who have scaled past your first client, did you rely mainly on cold outreach to get the next few, or did you run your own Meta ads to generate inbound leads for the agency itself as soon as you got that first client? Should I wait until I have a full month of results and then run ads using that as proof? Should I start running ads for my agency now straight away? Or should I just stick to cold outreach for now and keep grinding it manually? I want to get more clients in asap so any advice from people who've been at this stage is appreciated.

Anyone else change their framework on how to make their ad creatives as of late? I feel like I change my sop every week
