The importance of an onboarding process
Hi everyone, I’d love to hear a bit about how you set up your onboarding processes. I’ve reached a point where I’m having successful meetings and my offer is solid—clients usually agree to it—but then I get a bit stuck. Without a proper onboarding process to make a good first impression, many clients end up backing out. I’d like to know your thoughts on this and, if possible, how your process works.
