Hi, I’m Anna — a full-time solo mum to my beautiful four-year-old daughter, Olivia. After choosing the challenging but rewarding path of having her through IVF on my own, life took another unexpected turn when my grandmother moved in with us after developing dementia.
Suddenly, my days became a balance of caring for both a busy toddler and an older loved one needing support, comfort and patience. Along the way, I found myself constantly creating simple meals, activities, routines and ideas that could work for both generations while still trying to survive the chaos of everyday life.
