A Crazyyyyy ideaa, hear me Out !!

Hi boss ladies ✨

I have an idea, and I wanted to see if anyone else would be interested.

A lot of us are trying to build our personal brands, improve our skills, get clients, and grow in SMM. But doing everything alone feels exhausting. We start strong, then life happens, motivation drops, and we end up back at square one.. right?

So I was thinking.. what if instead of struggling alone, we build something together?

I’m looking for a few serious and growth-minded SMMs who would like to build a small marketing agency from the ground up. Not just as a learning project, but as something we genuinely work on, grow, and eventually turn into a real business.

The idea is simple:

• Practice and improve our skills together

• Hold each other accountable

• Support each other’s growth

• Build systems and processes as a team

• Eventually start getting clients and turn it into an actual agency

I know it won’t be easy, and I’m not looking for people who are excited for 3 days and then disappear 😭

I’m looking for people who genuinely want to grow, learn, stay consistent, and build something meaningful together.

To keep things focused and manageable, I’ll only be selecting a max of 5 people in my team.
