Call #2: Pistol & Push-Up Pointers
  • Don't let mobility get in the way of serious strength training
  • Use more hollow & hinge positioning in the Pistol set-up
  • Always strive for a "mid-foot" balance
  • Keep the hand close and the legs out for 1-arm push-up
  • Walk the tip-toes forwards to create a "heels back" leg position
  • Engage the lats!
  • Dedicated pec, delt, and tricep work goes a long way
