Flagship Program Week 2
Week 2 going strong!!
All last week I’ve been using my 53 Lbs KB at home with all of the movements. Doing 2 Get-ups in a row on each arm was a cool milestone.
The gym I work at has bells up to 70 Lbs.
Did my first Get-up on each arm today with the 70 and it felt smooth. Like butter! I couldn’t believe it.
Day 1, Week 2= success!
