Regarding Glutamine imaging...
... it seems that this is all on the way, but it's all very new and it will probably be very hard to do that in your location.
Or maybe it's easy, because you "just"
a) have to get the imaging compound and then
b) set the right machine with the
c) right settings:
Here's a paper on that, 2022, using l-[5-11C]-Glutamine "using a Philips Vereos PET/CT scanner"
What would be your benefit? Well, if your glucose scan lightens up like a christmas tree but your glutamine stays pretty dark, you focus more on GKI and less on don, and vice versa.
