I’m a 32 year old man, married, with 2 kids. I found it convenient to use “I’m too busy” as an excuse for not working on myself. After all, I already have it all: a home with a picket fence in suburbia, a good paying career that makes it so my wife can stay home with our children, and a small little homestead where we can grow our own food. What more does a man need?

The only group I've ever been in where the owners know me by name, and are looking out for me 24/7. 

I'd been watching Kaal's content for years, and joined this group at one of the lowest points in my life: lost after graduating high school, struggling to get my business off the ground, just suffered a break-up, and was struggling to find a reason to keep going... 

Now I am the most energised and productive I've ever been. I am completely unrecognisable.

I've been watching the Kaal YouTube channel for years and never engaged until one year ago. I wanted to be fitter, have better sleep, be more productive, and start to carve a new path in life. This group has been absolutely amazing — I am now fitter and look the best I ever have, sleep has improved, and weeks are more productive. I know if I hadn't signed up this past year of my life would look very different.
