Gospel
Your child will not be touched.
And we do not pray from fear.
We pray from authority.
Take a breath.
Put your child’s name in your heart.
And let’s cover them.
Father God,
We praise You in advance for the health of our children.
We thank You that healing belongs to them.
We thank You that soundness belongs to them.
We thank You that peace belongs to them.
Before we ever see a symptom,
before we ever hear a diagnosis,
before anxiety ever tries to plant a thought —
we declare they are covered.
Your Word says:
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17
We speak that over their bodies.
Every cell.
Every organ.
Every system.
Remove anything in their bodies that is not from You.
Strengthen what needs strengthening.
Restore what needs restoring.
Heal what needs healing.
And Lord, we cover their minds.
Guard their imagination.
Guard their identity.
Guard their self-worth.
“We take every thought captive to obey Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:5
Let no lie take root.
Let no label define them.
Let no voice be louder than Yours.
Protect them at school.
Protect them around family.
Protect them in conversations we’re not present for.
Protect them from manipulation.
Protect them from confusion.
Protect them from ideas that are not aligned with the vision You have for our home.
Give us wisdom as mothers.
Make us bold.
Make us discerning.
Make us unafraid to say no.
Unashamed to set boundaries.
Unmoved by pressure.
Unintimidated by culture.
Anoint our children.
Let favor rest on them.
Let angels surround them.
Let their teachers recognize something different.
Let their friends feel peace around them.
Mark them for Your glory.
Shield them from darkness.
Strengthen them in their identity.
They are not random.
They are assigned.
And we will not parent passively.
We praise You now —
for the testimony we haven’t even seen yet.
