After reading the lesson on trust in God, what stood out to you most?
Trust in God is not just an encouragement during hard times — it is the foundation that gives strength, direction, peace, and meaning to every part of the health journey.
This lesson reminds us that our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing are deeply connected. Stress, fear, resentment, guilt, anxiety, and unforgiveness can weigh heavily on the body, while faith, prayer, gratitude, forgiveness, and peace with God can strengthen the whole person.
It also shows that trust is not about facing life alone or trying harder in our own strength. It is about learning to surrender our burdens to Christ, seek His guidance daily, and allow Him to give us the strength to make wise choices, forgive, let go, and walk forward with hope.
