I welcome Sensei’s patience with my ability to consistently find and hold good Sanchin structure, and despite my best endeavors and his guidance over the last two years, I find Sanchin Kata a continuing challenge. I have a basic grasp of each element of the structure but putting all the elements together at the same time is like a Rubic’s cube with one square missing - its still a Rubic’s cube but not finished.
So this YouTube channel takes a deep dive into the topics with some incredible illustrations and examples. I’m a visual learner and am finding this helpful as an adjunct to Sensei’s classes. I hope you do too.
