Each morning, recite the Reiki Principles slowly and mindfully.
Place your hands at your heart.
Breathe deeply.
Speak the words into your body, not just your mind.
Then throughout the week, notice:
- How do these principles shape your mood?
- Your reactions?
- Your relationships?
- Your sense of inner peace?
- Your awareness of your own energy?
At the end of each day, share a reflection inside the community, big or small. Reminder this is is not about perfection it's about progress.
