Starting something new can bring up a mix of energy and uncertainty, especially when it involves your work and how you talk about it. That’s normal.
This program isn’t about doing everything perfectly or all at once. It’s about building clarity through small, consistent actions and letting that clarity compound over time.
If you’d like to share, you can respond here with one thing you’re hoping to get clearer on over the next few weeks, or one area of your practice that feels a little uncertain right now. You don’t need to have it figured out yet. Naming it is enough.
And if today is more about reading, orienting yourself, and taking it in quietly, that’s completely fine too.
