I made this to accompany this new Italian liqueur (maybe amaro) that I bought today. You can probably substitute the "Fantasia" with "Pimms" but might need to adjust the ratios:
- 1½ Gin Mare
- 1½ Varnelli Punch Fantasia
- 1 Lemon Juice
- ½ Caraway Liqueur
- ½ Simple Syrup
The Caraway Liqueur is homemade. I soaked approximately 100g caraway seeds in 400g of 95% grain spirit. You then add 800g of (2-water-to-1-sugar) syrup. Add additional syrup until taste is palatable. (I totally recommend this liqueur.)
