The Difference Between "Being Right" and "Winning"
⚖️👩⚖️A judge can agree that your argument is logical...
and still rule against you.
Why?
Because courts do not decide cases based on who sounds most convincing.
They decide cases based on:
- the law
- the evidence
- the applicable legal principles
A strong argument is not enough if the law does not support it.
Law is not about who is right.
It is about whose argument fits the law.
