Thank you for joining me this evening to paint the sunset boat. This is my version. Key learnings were:
- make the colours very strong before you go in. In fact in hindsight I would paint the initial wash onto dry paper and add water as you go rather than wetting the paper first.
- Wait until your paper is completely dry and flat before trying to put your mast in.
- I should have waited longer for the paper to dry more before I put the second lot of clouds in as they ran too much.
