For more than 15 years, I have been learning martial arts, and it has changed my entire outlook on life. It has kept me disciplined in anything I do and also taught me to respect others while also treating them with kindness.
Martial Arts has also helped my love for fitness to grow, and I have accomplished my goal of becoming a personal trainer. My goal is to teach others what I have learned throughout my martial arts journey. Teach those who do not know how to defend themselves and teach them a discipline that is fun, strong in the mind and in the body.
