This program has changed my life. I followed Chris originally on Instagram and was following his posts. Chris reached out to me, and I decided to join because I really wanted the dream physique, I had been chasing my whole life. His program is so simple and easy to follow. I ended up losing 40 lbs. of fat and got completely shredded. I weigh my food I eat foods I enjoy every day. I adjusted my workouts, before I was doing too much junk volume and I started training to failure.

Just wanted to give Chris a huge thank you for taking my fitness journey, diet, knowledge and results to a whole new level, something I was never able to achieve on my own. It genuinely does exactly what it says on the tin, it gets you results without endless cardio, boring restrictive diets or cutting out desserts and treats! I am 110% glad that I chose the Aesthetic Academy and at 41 years old, it has helped me achieve something I never thought possible finally having visible abs!

This program has been a game-changer and life-changer for me. I travel professionally for work yet am still able to average losing about 10 pounds a month. I came here from a different program where I felt absolutely awful after several months and gained most of the weight back but now I’m able to be consistent and enjoy the workouts, food and this community. Chris and this Academy have changed my life. From easy to follow workouts and meals plans, to Chris's quick and informative response, this makes getting shredded a no brainer. You still have to put the work and the effort in, but the community of people on here that are in the same boat also make this more manageable. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris is great! I thought about leaving the program rehabbing an injury. Chris reached out asked why I was leaving , then made adjustments to the workouts! I highly recommend giving this program a try and be patient with progress!
