As I reflect on our 75 HArd/Strong Challenge, I know that each of us has faced struggles and tough days. Some of us have stumbled and gotten back up, while others might be feeling a little stuck. And that’s okay—this journey is about progress, not perfection.

That’s why I want to invite you to a special reset call on Monday. This is an opportunity for us to come together, refocus, and realign with the commitment we made to ourselves. Whether you've been consistent, fallen off, or are feeling discouraged, this is your chance to reset with compassion, support, and renewed energy.

If you can make it, I’d love to see you there. If not, don’t worry—I’ll make sure the replay is available so you can tune in when you can. You are not alone in this, and no matter where you are in the process, you CAN finish strong.
