I'm Joe Waters. Former police officer, former government intelligence specialist. I left both to build something of my own. Today I run my own business, build AI tools, and make scam warning videos followed by over 80,000 people. I'm still building, and doing it in the open.
This community is for anyone stuck in a job they want out of, who would rather work it out with others than alone.
What you get here:
Honest updates on what I'm building, what's working and what isn't.
Practical help getting out: side projects, using AI to build faster, and finding your first customers.
A space to share plans, ask questions and get feedback from people on the same path.
Weekly progress threads, so you keep moving instead of just thinking about it.
Early access to content beyond the main channel.
It's free while we build it. Early members will be looked after when that changes.
You don't need a plan to join. You just need to want out.
